Customer Notes with "Sensitive" Option
Any notes for a customer can be flagged as "Sensitive" and will not be displayed on the point-of-sale screen (they may be looking over your shoulder!). A virtually unlimited amount of note text can be retained for each customer. These notes can alert the counter people to specific information particular to this customer.
