Job Status
The Job Status option lets you custom design what information is required on each type of Document you define. For example, you may not require that the Odometer In field be completed for a simple Quick Quote, but require it to be filled in when the document becomes an Estimate or a Work Order. Since many states and provinces have different requirements for Estimates and Invoices, requiring them to be filled in at point-of-sale reduces the chances that you will be in non-compliance with local, state/provincial/federal regulations.
