Security Levels
Nearly every menu
option in StockTrac� can
be assigned up to three different security levels. This allows
you to lock some employees out of sensitive sales information,
and limit them to point-of-sale or end-of-period procedures. In
the above example, you can change the New Price Utilities option
from a security level 3 (everyone) to a level one, which would be
owner/manager level. Doing this would prevent any unauthorized
employees from installing vendor new prices allowing the
owner/manager total control over pricing information!
