TechLink is software that allows
Janco's support technicians to connect to your computer through a
broadband or dialup Internet connection. This connection enables the
technician access to your Windows Desktop in order to run diagnostic
programs, transfer files to/from your PC and to trouble-shoot system
problems.
Unlike most PC to PC
connections, the contact is initiated from your computer to the
technician's PC and is never left open unattended. Once the session
is complete, the connection is terminated and the software is
instantly removed from your computer. |
