Janco International, Inc. was the first shop management software product to integrate Wrenchead's Nexpart Online ordering technology with a POS interface. It's no surprise; Janco was the first POS shop management software system available for the undercar industry back in 1982. Since then, StockTrac® has grown and evolved into an industry leader in POS systems.
Some software developers, as they "add-on" new options, almost make finding the option a cat-and-mouse game; the option is usually buried somewhere in their "add-on" options. Not so with StockTrac®. We take the extra time to design-in the integrations we do, and the Nexpart is one of many examples of that. Simply enter your customer and vehicle information on your POS screen (or retrieve an existing customer).
Then select the Wrenchead Catalog integration from your drop-down menu of integrations. StockTrac® will pass along your vehicle information, and the Nexpart screens will appear. Just select how many of each part that you want and that's it.
When you exit the Nexpart interfact you'll be asked if you want these parts put on your estimate.
Click on the Yes button and Voila! The parts are now on the customer's estimate ready for printing or a quote. Couldn't be simpler.
After a confirmation, the parts will then be added to any existing parts on your estimate or invoice.
